The challenge: reliable multi-source flows to multiple payroll engines

Each client uses a different HRIS, with its own formats, APIs and synchronization frequencies. Manual re-entry of payroll variables is time-consuming and error-prone. A central tool was needed to collect, format and route data to multiple payroll systems, with full flow traceability.

A three-phase approach: collection, normalization, export

Input connectors to client HRIS systems, data normalization and formatting engine, then output connectors to target payroll software.

1. Multi-HRIS collection

Development of connectors to client HR tools: automated extraction of payroll variables, absences, employee records and administrative data from each HRIS source.

2. Normalization & formatting

Data transformation engine: field mapping between source and target formats, validation rules and consistency checks before export. A single format to feed multiple payroll engines.

3. Export to payroll software

Output connectors to Silae and other supported payroll systems. Each flow is logged to enable audit and recovery in case of anomalies.

Tech stack: robust, traceable integrations

Frontend React, TypeScript, Vite and Tailwind CSS. NestJS backend with PostgreSQL for storage and flow traceability, Redis for processing queues, REST API integrations to HRIS and payroll software. Docker deployment on AWS.
