CI/CD and automation with GitHub
We set up complete GitHub Actions workflows to automate deployment, testing and code reviews. Your team ships fast and with confidence, with no manual intervention.
How do you automate deployment with GitHub Actions?
GitHub Actions is GitHub's native CI/CD tool for automating deployment on every push or pull request. It chains tests, lint, build and deployment to staging then production with no manual intervention. Paired with branch protections, it's the foundation of a team that ships regularly without regressions.
Our use of GitHub
GitHub Actions CI/CD
Automated tests, linting, build, deployment to staging then production: triggered on every PR or push to main. The fastest possible GitHub CI/CD pipeline.
Branch protection rules
Mandatory review, green status checks required, no force push to main. Production doesn't break by accident.
Environments & secrets
Environment variables per context (staging/prod), secure secrets, approved deployments for production.
Monorepos & caching
Dependency caching, path filtering to test only what changed: workflows stay fast at scale.
What a good GitHub workflow changes
Fewer regressions, more confidence: your team ships without fearing they'll break production.
Stress-free deployments
Every deployment goes through the same automatic checks. What works in staging works in production.
Maintained quality
Mandatory code reviews, automatic linting: bad habits are blocked before the merge.
Full traceability
Every deployment is traced: who, when, which commit. Rollback is done by selecting the previous version.
Smooth collaboration
PRs with context, inline discussions, assignments: distributed teams collaborate effectively.

How we configure GitHub
Every stack comes with its own ecosystem. We always pick the technologies best suited to your project, based on its needs and its context.
You create a YAML file in `.github/workflows/` that describes the steps: code checkout, installing dependencies, tests, build and deployment. GitHub Actions runs this workflow automatically on every push or PR. In practice, we configure the pipeline in less than a day for a standard project.
GitHub Actions integrates natively with AWS (via OIDC or access keys), Vercel, GCP and most clouds. We configure a deployment job that triggers after the tests pass: automatic staging on every merge, production on manual approval or tag.
Yes. We audit the existing pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI) and rewrite them in GitHub Actions with caching and parallelization optimizations.
Secrets encrypted in the repo settings, never in the code, masked in the logs. For sensitive infra, we use OIDC to avoid long-lived keys.
Always. The workflows, the branch protection rules and the configuration are in the repo: documented and versioned.
