The challenge: validating an idea and winning trust without a technical team
A solo founder with a strong vision has to prove the concept is credible. They needed a tangible prototype to pitch, a working mobile app to test the market, a back office for partner stations and a web storefront, but not all at once.
A step-by-step approach: prototype, MVP, back office and storefront
We supported Coco across three complementary phases, acting as their dedicated technical team: an interactive Figma prototype, a mobile MVP, then a back office and landing page.
1. Figma prototype & product thinking
An interactive Figma prototype of the mobile app, visualizing user journeys and key features. A support for investor pitches and conversations with potential partner stations.
2. Mobile MVP: field validation
A mobile app MVP (iOS and Android) letting users order fuel, pick the nearest station and track their delivery in real time.
3. Station back office & landing page
A dedicated back office for order and logistics management, the cocodrive.fr landing page, cloud deployments and App Store and Play Store configurations.
